RYZW series fireproof intumescent seal is a high-performance fire-resistant material that expands 3-5 times when exposed to high-temperature flames, specifically designed for safes and fire doors. The product features a sodium silicate intumescent core and a rigid PVC casing, equipped with strong self-adhesive backing for easy installation. When the temperature reaches 100°C-120°C, the seal rapidly expands, forming a dense barrier that effectively seals gaps, preventing the spread of flames, smoke, and heat.

Passed UL72 fire test, the material meets RoHS environmental standards, both high temperature resistance and anti-aging characteristics, suitable for safe door seams, fire door edges and other critical parts, providing reliable protection for life and property safety.

Our seals are available in a range of colours, plus woodgrain and metallic finishes, so over-painting should not be necessary.
