Gun Safe Seals

RESSA intumescent seals for gun safes include the sodium silicate-based RYZW series, the graphite-based flexible RPB series, and the waterproof EPDM seals. These high-performance seals are designed with a strong self-adhesive backing, ensuring a hassle-free “peel-and-stick” application for quick and secure installation.

In the event of a fire or when gun safes and fire safes are exposed to high temperatures, these advanced fire-stopping materials will rapidly expand, increasing in volume by 5 to 30 times. This expansion effectively seals any gaps between the frame and the safe door, preventing the ingress of smoke and fire. This robust barrier ensures that the interior of the safe remains protected, safeguarding valuable contents such as firearms, luxury jewelry, cash, and important documents from potential damage. During this critical period, the seals provide a reliable shield, guaranteeing that no smoke or fire penetrates the safe, maintaining the integrity of its contents.
