RESSA intumescent fire and smoke seals work by acting as a fire and smoke barrier. Besides of the fire and smoke seals, there is another cold smoke seals for door. That is made from rubber, polypropylene or nylon. The design includes the nylon pile, rubber fins or brush that wills gap between door frame and door, prevent smoke passing from one area of a room or building to another.

Manufacturing Process of Smoke Seals for Doors

  • The intumescent fire and smoke seals are compound together the intumesent seals with cold smoke design. When fire happens or exposed in heat, the intumescent seals will start to expand and seal the space between door and frame, to prevent the fire and smoke spreading to the other rooms.
